Cancellation Policy

To cancel or reschedule, please use the cancellation option in your confirmation email or manage your booking by logging into www.nataliehormann.com with your email (top right corner - use the 'forgot password' function when you log in the first time). There's a booking section which will allow you to cancel or reschedule. Please note that for paid sessions, cancellations and reschedules have to be made at least 6 hrs before the session time or a refund will not be given. Free discovery sessions are a one-of offer and you will not be able to re-book after a cancellation or no-shows - but do feel free to reschedule if need be.
